For years, I assumed that kind of home required a huge renovation or an unlimited decorating budget.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
As we’ve slowly updated our own home, I’ve realized that creating a custom look has very little to do with square footage or price tags. Instead, it’s about adding thoughtful details that make a home feel welcoming, timeless, and uniquely yours.

Cane furniture.
Natural wood.
Jute rugs.
